Here's the big ol' belly as of today.

Here's the progression with this week added. Belly is more rounded again. This kid keeps kicking me in the same spot on the right side of my belly and I swear it's going to bruise soon. LOL

What's going on in my life - my journey thru and after secondary infertility, life with a preschooler and a newborn, and being married to a techie/gadget guy.

I am just getting caught up on some blog reading and love the photos...I especially like the ones with the white gauze and the one with the yellow flower against the black and white background. You really do look like you are getting to the size where I was when I really couldn't get comfy in ANY position and was more than ready to get the show on the road! I am guessing that very soon you will be posting adorable baby photos :)
I think it's safe to say that he gained the weight, and not you. Comparing you in the same outfit at 35 weeks to this picture - what a difference two weeks makes!
I'm sorry that you've had to say goodbye to the handstand, but you should feel like a rock star for how long you were able to keep doing it. (By way of contrast, I nearly toppled over trying to get into half-moon pose at yoga the other day.)
Glad to hear that everything at your appointment went so well!
Michelle - you're so right about the difference two weeks makes. I didn't realize I was in the same outfit until after I posted the pics. It's one of the few outfits that still fits!!
Make sure to do half-moon with your back against the wall. I would have fallen over weeks ago if it weren't for the wall!! LOL
Ohn - some days I catch site of myself in the mirror and can hardly believe how big I am. It's just crazy! A friend commented to me the other day - how is it all going to go back?? I'm wondering that a bit myself.
I definitely think that The Bean has dropped! It always amazes me just how big we get right before delivery and yet our bodies do go back to "normal" in a relatively short amount of time. I see pics of me in labor and I'm just astounded at the size of my baby bump!
You look fantastic though. And congrats on being able to do the handstands as long as you did! I don't know if I could get my a$$ in one now, not-pregnant!
